Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced driver assistance functionalities using radar and video sensor technologies.
Drive system-level development activities from requirements analysis through design, implementation, validation, and testing.
Collaborate with customers to define requirements and translate technical needs into effective system solutions.
Evaluate system performance and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality products.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality, development efficiency, and engineering processes.
Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements
Experience in system or software development within automotive or embedded software environments.
At least one year of experience in system or software design.
Business-level Japanese language proficiency.
Business-level English communication skills, including technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with a results-oriented approach.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively across teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality, particularly within safety-related systems.

Experience with C or C++ development is advantageous.
Knowledge of modelling tools or development support tools such as version control systems is beneficial.
