Responsibilities :
Design HR initiatives focused on talent and culture - managing HR strategies & is responsible for Commercial functions of the business unit.
- Analyze internal employee survey results, support the development of bottom-up action plans.
- Facilitate discussions on succession planning and the identification of key talent.
- Manage stakeholders, hold leaders accountable for execution of HR initiatives.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Stakeholder management & Resilience
- 8+ years experiences in business facing HR roles, ideally in FMCG-related industries.
- Experienced with Talent management/COE/organization development
- Native/fluent Japanese and business-level English.
