Responsibilities :
HR Generalist supporting people operations and business partnering in Atsugi office.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Japanese labor laws.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and social insurance processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including team activities, CSR programs, and employer branding.
- Support talent development through training design, implementation, and evaluation, while partnering with managers on workforce challenges.
- Ensure smooth HR administration and operations, including internal communications, reporting, and cross-functional support (e.g., basic accounting and office management).

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3- 5 years of HR experience in Japan.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Act, social insurance procedures, and HR operational processes.
- Business-level English & Fluent Japanese.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a diversified team.
- Experience or knowledge in finance or accounting is valuable.
