Responsibilities
Develop and manage People & Culture activities in alignment with organisational strategy and business objectives.
Provide structured and effective support to management on People & Culture matters.
Lead talent management, learning, and leadership development initiatives across the organisation.
Coordinate performance and competency development review processes.
Continuously improve People & Culture processes, systems, and ways of working.
Drive projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, process optimisation, digitalisation, and social media initiatives.
Oversee HR reporting and personnel administration while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and support the implementation of global HR projects.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
7+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibility across multiple HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Japanese labour and social legislation.
Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative and proactive leadership style.
Strong organisational skills and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
