Job Description
・Develop and refine HR policies, including rules of employment, working hours, welfare programs, and travel guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
・Lead the planning and execution of HR strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, driving consistency with broader group-level policies and objectives.
・Oversee compensation operations, including budgeting and reporting for annual salary reviews, management of bonus calculations, and long-term incentive planning and execution.
・Drive the modernization of compensation frameworks by benchmarking against peer organizations and participating in external surveys.
・Promote and implement work-life balance initiatives, incorporating labor law updates and market best practices.
・Manage pension schemes and ensure accurate, transparent reporting.
・Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance management, clear communication, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
・Experience in HR policy development, compensation and benefits, or related HR functions
・Understanding of compensation structures, incentive programs, and labor cost planning
・Ability to align local HR strategies with broader organizational or group-level policies
・Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
・Knowledge of labor law considerations and HR best practices
・Experience in benchmarking and survey participation is an advantage
・Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
