Job Description
・Lead recruitment planning and coordination for both retail store and office positions, working closely with business leaders to prioritize hiring needs
・Manage external recruitment vendors, including overseeing daily operations such as screening, interview coordination, and background checks, while monitoring performance KPIs
・Oversee employee relations processes including onboarding, contract management, and engagement initiatives to support a positive work environment
・Handle employee inquiries, disputes, and complaints in alignment with local labour regulations, escalating complex issues when necessary
・Evaluate vendor performance and drive improvements through regular reviews and contract negotiations
・Coordinate with compensation vendors to ensure accurate payroll, bonus calculations, and compliance with statutory requirements
・Support HR budget planning, monitor expenditures, and propose cost optimization measures in collaboration with regional HR leadership
・Ensure compliance with local labour laws by updating internal processes and guiding stakeholders on regulatory requirements
・Contribute to regional HR initiatives, collaborating with international teams to implement projects effectively in the local market
Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
・More than 5 years of experience in HR functions with strong expertise in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations
・Knowledge of local labour laws and practical experience applying them in HR operations
・Fluency in English for communication with regional or global stakeholders
・Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
・Ability to execute tasks efficiently and respond quickly in a dynamic environment
・Experience in a retail or fashion-oriented business environment is preferred
