The HR Specialist/Manager role offers the opportunity to lead the Human Resources and General Affairs function within a global manufacturing organisation. This position plays a key role in strengthening the organisation through people management, process improvement, and organisational development initiatives. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to workforce strategy, operational excellence, and long-term organisational growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the Human Resources and General Affairs function, overseeing labour management, mid-career recruitment, and employee development initiatives.
Drive improvements to HR systems, performance evaluation frameworks, and internal regulations to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Partner with senior management on people-related strategies and contribute to organisational optimisation aligned with business objectives.
Supervise HR and General Affairs operations while supporting the development of future leaders within the organisation.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel and labour consultants, supporting compliance and risk management activities.
Promote process standardisation and operational improvements, including digitalisation and business efficiency initiatives.
Support the continuous enhancement of HR operations and organisational capabilities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR and labour management experience.
Previous management experience.
Practical knowledge of payroll administration, attendance management, and employment regulations.
Experience operating and managing HR and labour-related processes.
Experience designing or revising HR systems is preferred.
Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies is preferred.
English language capability is preferred.
