Responsibilities :
- Act as a main HR contact for employees and Managers, providing day- to- day advice and support-
- support Managers on people and labor topics, including employment rules, performance issues, and employee relations
- Handle recruitment and Talent support, including hiring, performance improvement, and identifying development needs
- support workforce and succession planning, helping identify key Talent, potential gaps, and retention actions
- Partner with leadership to support organizational effectiveness, team development, and positive people practices

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 4 years of experience in HR or employee relations, or a related field
- Japanese native level and business- level English, able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders
- Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to work with employees and managers at all levels
- Basic experience or interest in core HR areas, such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Analytical and proactive mindset, able to prioritize tasks, support business needs, and contribute to continuous improvement
