Job Description
・drive the design and implementation of HR initiatives focused on Talent development and organizational culture
・Partner with leadership teams to Identify and address culture-related challenges, creating actionable improvement plans
・support leadership in strengthening internal Talent pipelines by identifying development barriers and implementing effective solutions
・Lead complex employee relations discussions, particularly in the context of transformation and organizational changes
・Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business units, including commercial teams and manufacturing Operations, to align HR strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
・5+ years Experience in an HR business Partner or similar Role
・Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and Challenge when needed
・resilience and the ability to navigate complex and demanding situations
・Experience working within matrix organizations and managing multiple stakeholders
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English Proficiency
・Experience in the chemical industry is preferred
・background in manufacturing environments and people management Experience are advantageous
