As a Procurement Manager responsible for the indirect procurement domain, you will collaborate with the Regional Procurement team and internal stakeholders to drive strategic and competitive procurement activities that balance price, delivery, and quality.

In this role, you are expected to demonstrate leadership across a wide range of areas- from developing and executing procurement strategies to vendor management and process optimization.

- Lead procurement initiatives in the indirect procurement category (new contracts, renewals, renegotiations)

- Conduct RFx processes, define requirements, select vendors, and negotiate contract terms (in collaboration with the Regional Procurement team)

- Partner with requesting departments to clarify requirements and provide optimal proposals from cost and risk perspectives

- Take a hands-on leadership role in complex or highly coordinated projects

- Plan and execute procurement process improvements:

- Visualize and standardize workflows

- Improve efficiency and quality using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

- Support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems (e-Procurement, contract management, etc.)

- Vendor management (evaluation, improvement requests, relationship building)

- Manage contract/project pipelines and reporting

- Support senior management decision-making (organizing options, risk/cost analysis, recommendations)

- Provide practical guidance and coaching to junior members and Assistant Managers

- Contribute to strengthening BCP (Business Continuity Planning), operational risk management, and procurement governance

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Solid hands-on experience in indirect procurement

- Experience in procurement process improvement and business transformation

- Experience implementing or operating procurement systems (Source-to-Contract, e-Procurement, etc.)

- Understanding and practical use of improvement methodologies such as - Lean and Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt or higher preferred)

- Experience in spend analysis, KPI management, and vendor performance evaluation

- Ability to independently lead contract negotiations and stakeholder coordination

- Strong logical thinking skills to structure issues and present options based on practical insights

- Excellent communication skills to build trust with internal and external stakeholders

- Comfortable communicating in English for business purposes

- A mindset oriented toward hands-on engagement and elevating the overall procurement function
