The Infrastructure Project Head role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex technology initiatives across regional and global teams. This position focuses on driving IT infrastructure projects, including M&A-related due diligence and integration activities, while collaborating with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to deliver successful outcomes and innovative technology services.
Responsibilities
Lead IT infrastructure due diligence and integration activities associated with M&A projects.
Drive project delivery by collaborating with technology teams and stakeholders across domestic and international locations.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including resources, scope, timelines, costs, and risk management.
Support the successful implementation of technology services through effective planning and coordination.
Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and project execution by identifying challenges and recommending corrective actions.
Foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve business goals.
Requirements
Fluent or native-level Japanese language skills.
Business-level English communication skills.
5–8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading IT projects.
Approximately 10 years of experience covering a broad range of IT infrastructure functions.
Experience in project financial management.
Ability to work independently and proactively plan and execute initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
