The Infrastructure Project Head role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex technology initiatives across regional and global teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead IT infrastructure due diligence and integration activities associated with M&A projects.

  • Drive project delivery by collaborating with technology teams and stakeholders across domestic and international locations.

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including resources, scope, timelines, costs, and risk management.

  • Support the successful implementation of technology services through effective planning and coordination.

  • Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and project execution by identifying challenges and recommending corrective actions.

  • Foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level Japanese language skills.

  • Business-level English communication skills.

  • 5–8 years of project management experience with a proven track record of leading IT projects.

  • Approximately 10 years of experience covering a broad range of IT infrastructure functions.

  • Experience in project financial management.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively plan and execute initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
