Job Description
Coordinate and manage critical IT support for business teams, ensuring infrastructure issues are resolved and aligned with organizational standards
Plan and support local IT infrastructure projects, including hardware refreshes, office setups, and network implementations
Act as a liaison between local users and regional teams to escalate issues and maintain alignment with global IT standards and policies
Monitor system performance and reliability while coordinating troubleshooting activities with internal teams and vendors
Manage IT assets, procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient operations and cost control
Provide second-level support for IT services such as Active Directory, LAN/WAN connectivity, software deployments, and collaboration tools
Support information security initiatives, audits, compliance activities, and ensure patching and risk management processes are followed
Qualifications
Experience working in an IT support environment, ideally within a multinational setting
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including LAN/WAN, operating systems, VoIP, and collaboration tools
Ability to manage relationships with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively
Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple activities
Good communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
