Responsibilities :
- identify and cultivate new broker partnerships to broaden Market reach.
- support the establishment of domestic broker accounts.
- Professionally represent the company when interacting with Japanese brokers and counterparties.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and KYC procedures for newly engaged broker relationships.
- maintain and nurture ongoing connections with domestic brokers in Japan.
- execute daily trading operations with assistance from the overseas team.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 5+ years of Experience on the sell-side at a Japanese securities brokerage.
- Direct trading Experience within Japanese financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability in client onboarding, KYC procedures, and maintaining broker partnerships.
- Capable of working autonomously within a streamlined, startup-like setting.
- Quick to grasp new concepts and adapt effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Self-assured and effective in representing the organization and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, taking full responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking and adept at resolving complex issues.
- fluency in Japanese at a Native level and Proficiency in English.
