The Product Manager role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy and drive business growth within a prestigious luxury jewellery environment. This position plays a key role in product launches, performance analysis, assortment planning, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring exceptional product experiences and long-term brand value.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns

  • Analyse sales performance and prepare business reports to support decision-making

  • Manage inventory and optimise product assortment planning

  • Conduct market trend analysis and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations teams

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Deliver product training and educational programmes for retail staff

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in Marketing, Merchandising (MD), Product Marketing, or the Retail industry

  • Experience in planning and executing product launches and promotional campaigns

  • Experience in sales analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of and experience in inventory management and product assortment planning

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations

  • Experience conducting market trend analysis and competitive analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical platforms is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience delivering product training and educational programmes for retail staff

  • Interest in or experience within the Jewellery, Luxury Goods, or Fashion industries
