Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end program execution for automotive products, primarily serving Japanese OEM customers. You will act as the primary customer interface in Japan and lead programs from business acquisition through product launch and post-launch support in a global environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of technical experience
2+ years in program management or customer-facing engineering roles
Experience with Japanese OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
Basic knowledge of automotive engineering
Fluent Japanese and business-level English
