Responsibilities :
● Serve as the primary contact and liaison between Business and IT in Japan, acting as a strategic business partner. This includes owning relationships with several business entities among the 20+ group companies and Shared Service departments (HR, Finance, Purchase,
etc.)
● Identify and understand business needs from various entities, then initiate and deliver appropriate solutions.
● Collaborate with both local and global teams to explore and propose superior business cases and solutions.
● Manage small to medium size of IT projects from initiation through to completion.
● Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
● Develop comprehensive project scopes and detailed project plans to monitor progress effectively.
● Copy & Adapt global IT solutions for the Japanese market.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
● Minimum 2 years small to medium size of project member experience.
● Capability to develop in low code such as Appsheet and Appscript
● Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and
presentation communication skills.
● Ability to communicate effectively and a willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse,
intercultural environment.
● Strong commitment to project success and client satisfaction.
● Ability to translate conceptual user requirements into clear, actionable functional requirements.
● A proactive and improvement-oriented mindset, embracing change.
● Language Skills : Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
