A global provider of critical digital infrastructure solutions is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead complex infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery activities from initiation through completion.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Track project progress, provide regular status updates, and address risks, issues, and resource constraints.
Manage customer communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee commissioning, project handover, and closure activities.
Conduct post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or above).
Strong understanding of commissioning processes and project delivery methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
