【概要／Job Summary】
産業ガスプラントのEPCプロジェクトにて、収益面および技術面のリスク管理をご担当いただきます。各部門と協力し、技術面・経済面から適切な対策を講じることで、安全・品質・工期・予算目標の達成に導く、重要なポジションです。
【主な業務内容／Key Responsibilities】
1. リスク管理体制の構築と運用
- プロジェクトにおけるリスク管理方針（ポリシー、プロセス、手順、システム）の導入および定着化の推進
- プロジェクトの全ライフサイクルにおけるリスク推移の監視とフォローアップ
- 重要局面におけるリスク特定のため、ステークホルダとのミーティングを主催
2. リスク分析および評価（定量・定性）
- プロポーザル段階における、社内ツール（ARPAL）を用いたプロジェクトリスク特定（PRI）および予備的リスク分析（PRA）の実施
- 見積、コスト、工程、商務の各担当者と連携した、モンテカルロ・シミュレーションによる定量的リスク分析の実行
- リスク軽減策（ミティゲーション・プラン）の策定支援
3. ステークホルダーへの報告および意思決定支援
- リスク検討委員会（RRB/ERC）向け報告資料の作成、および会議のコーディネーション
- プロジェクト・レビュー会議におけるリスク状況の報告と提言
- 全社的リスクマネジメント（ERM）プロセスとの連携・支援
4. 改善および人材育成
- リスク管理ツール、手法、プロセスの改善
- プロジェクトメンバーに対するリスクマネジメント実務（リスクプロファイルの作成等）のトレーニング
- ARPALツールのキーユーザーとしての社内サポートおよび運用管理
5. グローバル連携
- 日本拠点の代表として、グローバル部門へのデータ報告・調整業務の遂行
- 「コミュニティ・オブ・プラクティス」への参加および知見の共有
【Job Summary】
You will be responsible for managing financial and technical risks while maximizing opportunities within EPC projects for industrial gas plants. Your role is critical in ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets by implementing appropriate technical and economic mitigation strategies.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Development and Implementation of Risk Management Framework
- Drive the implementation and standardization of project risk management policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Continuously monitor and follow up on risk evolution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Facilitate and lead risk identification brainstorming sessions during critical project phases.
2. Risk Analysis and Assessment (Quantitative & Qualitative)
- Conduct Project Risk Identification (PRI) and Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) using internal tools (ARPAL) during the proposal phase.
- Perform quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations, collaborating with stakeholders across Estimation, Cost Control, Scheduling, and Commercial functions (for both proposal and execution phases).
- Support the development of risk mitigation plans and the assessment of business opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Reporting and Decision Support
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for and participate in Risk Review Boards (RRB) and Engineering Risk Committees (ERC).
- Present risk status updates and strategic recommendations during Project Review Meetings.
- Align with and support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes.
4. Continuous Improvement and Talent Development
- Propose continuous improvements and enhancements to risk management tools, methodologies, and processes.
- Provide training and development support to project members on risk management practices, including the creation of project risk profiles.
- Act as a Key User for the ARPAL tool, providing internal support and operational management.
5. Global Collaboration
- Serve as the representative for E&C Japan, coordinating data reporting and alignment with global functions.
- Participate in the internal "Community of Practice" to share knowledge and best practices across the global expert network.
【Measurement & KPIs】
- % of PRI/PRA performed in due time (before RB/ERC).
- Quality of PRI/PRA (answers’ exhaustiveness): % maturity of questionnaire, related comments.
- % Monte Carlo computation for RB/ERC.
- Frequency of Risk Review with Project Manager (passing defined gates and documented results).
- Actions tracked and followed-up.
- % of Project Risk Profile followed (risk coverage through quantitative simulation).
- Effectiveness of mitigation plan.
- Quality of forecast contingencies.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

・EPCまたはプラントエンジニアリング業界でのご経験（プロジェクトエンジニア、プロセス設計、詳細設計、プロポーザルなど）
・会議のコーディネーションスキル
・日本語：ビジネスレベル
・英語：上級日常会話～初級ビジネスレベル
※上長はフランス人の駐在員であり、英語でのコミュニケーションとなります。また、他のグローバル拠点との会議や、弊社の上層部との会議も英語で行われます。
