The Recruiting Coordinator role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle within a growing organisation. This position plays an important part in attracting top talent, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience through close collaboration with hiring managers and recruitment partners. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the role is based in Tokyo with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition opening through to offer management and successful onboarding.
Develop and execute data-led talent pipeline strategies to support hiring needs.
Drive direct sourcing initiatives through market mapping, social media outreach, employee referrals, and networking events.
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and provide hiring support.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing vendors.
Oversee offer management and candidate closing activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of scalable recruitment processes and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of HR experience in a high-growth environment.
Recruitment experience across permanent, contract, and temporary hiring.
Experience managing recruitment agencies and staffing vendors.
Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level English.
