Responsibilities
Design and improve end-to-end release processes and workflows.
Support release-stage integration testing, regression testing, and validation activities.
Define and maintain release quality standards and approval processes.
Improve issue tracking workflows and release visibility across teams.
Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, Bash, C++, or similar technologies to streamline release activities.
Create and enhance release documentation and release notes.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure predictable and high-quality software delivery.
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to improve release management and documentation processes.
Requirements
Experience designing and managing software release workflows.
Strong understanding of system-level testing, QA processes, and software validation.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams.
Experience using issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira.
Hands-on experience developing automation tools using Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
Ability to improve release processes through scripting, tooling, and workflow automation.
Fluent English communication skills.
