Responsibilities
Fine-tune and deploy robotics foundation models for industrial applications.
Collect, analyse, and utilise field data to improve model performance and reliability.
Design and operate data-to-model-to-control feedback loops.
Evaluate and optimise model performance in both simulation and real-world environments.
Support robot system stabilisation through debugging, parameter tuning, and log analysis.
Manage data quality, labelling, annotation, and multimodal dataset preparation.
Provide technical support and training to customers and system integration partners.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve models, deployment processes, and overall system performance.
Requirements
Experience designing, deploying, and operating AI systems across the full data-to-model-to-control workflow.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
Experience with robotics, machine learning, AI model development, or related technologies.
Experience using Git and modern software development workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including log analysis and data-driven troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
