The Senior HRBP role offers a strategic opportunity to partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy and organisational effectiveness. Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives and foster a people-centric culture
Lead organisational design and change initiatives to enhance effectiveness and adaptability
Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, learning programmes, and development solutions
Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes
Provide data-driven insights to influence organisational decisions and improve outcomes
Act as an escalation point for employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Collaborate with global teams to enhance the employee lifecycle and overall employee experience
Requirements
Extensive experience as a senior People Business Partner within international, growth-oriented organisations
Strong expertise in organisational development, leadership development, talent management, and employee relations
Experience working across global and cross-cultural environments with diverse stakeholders
Strategic mindset with strong coaching and influencing skills at senior level
Proven change management and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Knowledge of Japan labour law
Fluency in both English and Japanese, written and spoken
