The Senior Manager of Hospital Strategy role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in supporting the appropriate use of innovative healthcare products by strengthening institutional readiness across diverse healthcare settings. This position focuses on analysing clinical pathways, operational workflows, and hospital decision-making structures to enhance Key Account Management (KAM) effectiveness through compliant, non-promotional capability building and strategic insight generation.
Responsibilities
Support KAM activities through structured understanding of clinical pathways and decision-making structures
Observe and organise endoscopy-related clinical pathways, committee structures, and institutional decision-making processes, and share structured insights internally to support KAM understanding.
Analyse process-related considerations impacting product utilisation and support internal awareness and alignment.
Structure institutional process insights and operational considerations
Through observation and stakeholder discussions, organise operational challenges and considerations within endoscopy units.
Systematically categorise insights into common patterns and consolidate them into reference materials for KAM teams.
Support understanding and information sharing related to in-hospital SOPs and workflows
Develop an understanding of SOPs, procedures, and workflows related to routine product use.
Upon healthcare professional request, support information sharing and co-ordination among relevant internal and external stakeholders.
This role does not participate in the creation, revision, or approval of hospital SOPs or clinical protocols.
Support non-promotional KAM capability development
Support internal capability development in account understanding, stakeholder mapping, and appropriate communication approaches.
Facilitate training initiatives and case-sharing activities to reinforce compliant and responsible engagement practices.
Review effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and information-sharing activities using aggregated and anonymised internal data.
Apply insights and learnings to continuously improve programmes and internal capabilities.
No patient-level or identifiable clinical data is accessed or handled.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in clinical pathway analysis and development within hospital or institutional care settings.
Exposure to hospital operations and healthcare administration, including governance and decision-making structures.
Experience in process flow analysis and participation in transformation or improvement initiatives.
Consulting experience and/or internal capability-building roles supporting healthcare institutions.
Knowledge and Technical Capabilities
Strong ability to analyse, structure, and interpret complex clinical and operational processes, including clinical pathways, workflows, and institutional decision-making frameworks.
Demonstrated capability to engage effectively with a broad range of hospital stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative leaders, and management teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sound understanding of financial, cost, and resource flows relevant to operational feasibility and institutional readiness.

Practical experience in pharmacoeconomics, health economic evaluations, value assessments, or cost-effectiveness considerations.
Exposure to commercial discussions related to endoscopy systems or procedural platforms while maintaining appropriate Medical-Commercial boundaries.
