Job Description
Own and drive the go-to-market strategy for RF/Microwave Signal Analyzer products, shaping product positioning and market success
Empower sales teams and technical specialists by developing training programs and high-quality sales enablement materials
Enhance revenue growth by strengthening monetization strategies and capturing product value in the market
Analyze and assess competitor technologies to improve product competitiveness and strategic direction
Develop compelling technical and marketing content that clearly communicates product value to diverse audiences
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, support, and regional teams to successfully launch and grow products
Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagements, translating complex technical requirements into effective solutions
Qualifications
Master’s degree in science combined with a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering
Extensive experience in product management, ideally around 10 years
Strong technical expertise in RF/Microwave test and measurement products
Deep understanding of applications and use cases in key markets such as aerospace and defense, satellite communications, wireless, and wireline
Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business strategy and customer needs
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
