Responsibilities :
- Act as a trusted Talent advisor to hiring stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and data- driven hiring decisions
- manage full- cycle recruitment, ensuring timely, transparent communication with hiring teams and candidates throughout the process
- assess candidates using technical, behavioral, and creative evaluation methods, including non- traditional approaches where appropriate
- Build Strong candidate relationships, demonstrating active listening, negotiation skills, and ongoing Engagement
- Provide clear updates and recommendations through concise written and verbal reporting on pipelines, candidates, and hiring progress
- support evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
- 5+ years of full- cycle recruiting Experience, preferably in a fast- paced, high- growth or Tech/manufacturing environment
- Strong Stakeholder partnership skills, working closely with hiring Managers and senior leaders
- Hands- on expertise in sourcing and candidate evaluation, including non- traditional sourcing methods
- data- driven mindset, able to use hiring metrics and pipelines to influence decisions
- business- level English Proficiency (Japanese fluency required for Japan roles)
