The Service Supervisor role offers the opportunity to play a key role in leading aftersales technical service operations within a global industrial engineering environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical service team, ensuring activities are conducted in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Manage warranty claim processes and related procedures, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer cases.

  • Drive service sales activities and support revenue growth by promoting service products and solutions to customers.

  • Provide technical support and service expertise for sales projects and customer engagements.

  • Supervise and support service partners, monitoring aftersales performance and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

  • Manage project costs and profitability for service activities, supporting financial reviews and project assessments.

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on technical service initiatives and business projects.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including supervisory experience within an aftersales or technical service environment.

  • Experience supporting industrial products, technical equipment, or related technologies.

  • Sales network or service partner management experience is advantageous.

  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organisational capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
