The Site HR Admin role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering efficient and compliant HR operations within a global organisation in the automotive industry. Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes and maintaining accurate employee records.
Advise and support managers on HR and labour-related matters while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR support matters.
Oversee time and attendance management as well as leave and absence tracking.
Co-ordinate payroll-related inputs and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate processing.
Drive HR process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Lead HR initiatives, including policy updates, system implementations, organisational development activities, and employee engagement projects.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
Basic understanding of Japan’s Labour Standards Act and related employment regulations.
Native-level Japanese language proficiency for communication and documentation.
Ability to read and write simple English emails, with the use of translation tools when required.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
