The selected candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, supporting customers from solution evaluation and design through implementation and adoption while partnering closely with sales and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical subject matter expert during customer engagements and sales activities.
Gather customer requirements and design solution architectures aligned with business needs.
Deliver software demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
Provide technical guidance on software integration, configuration, and implementation best practices.
Partner with sales teams to develop proposals and support strategic business opportunities.
Work with customer technical teams to validate software performance and business value.
Support solution deployment and facilitate a smooth transition to customer success teams while contributing technical insights that drive product adoption and business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software solutions, solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, software consulting, or related technical roles.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, application design, and enterprise software solutions.
Experience conducting technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer workshops.
Understanding of business sales processes and customer engagement methodologies.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
