This position plays an important part in supporting customers with circuit protection and passive component solutions while acting as the key technical bridge between customers and international manufacturing teams. Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers on circuit protection and passive component solutions.
Support business development activities and identify new business opportunities.
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and overseas manufacturing facilities.
Guide customers through product selection, application design, and technical issue resolution.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Communicate daily with manufacturing teams in China and the Philippines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project execution.
Requirements
Experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) or Sales Engineer.
Customer-facing experience with a commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering or Physics.
Industry background is open, including Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Electronics, and related sectors.
Proactive and effective communication skills.
Ability to manage customer expectations and perform effectively under pressure.
English language proficiency for daily communication with overseas teams.
Japanese language proficiency for customer-facing communication.
