Job Description
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient network infrastructure across corporate office environments
Implement and manage enterprise Wi-Fi solutions to deliver a reliable and high-quality user experience
Oversee WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and overall network interconnectivity to ensure seamless communication across locations
Monitor network performance proactively, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal operations
Support incident resolution and provide troubleshooting for network-related issues affecting users or sites
Contribute to operational reporting, capacity planning, and continuous optimization of network systems
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and end-user technology teams to ensure stable and high-performing environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSA, or equivalent
At least five years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and support
Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies
Practical experience with Cisco networking solutions, including Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and identity services
Familiarity with firewall technologies and network security principles such as VPNs and access control
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex network environments
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments and strong collaboration skills are advantageous
