Job Description

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to manage processes from initial intake through onboarding
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across permanent, contract, and early-career hiring, including new graduates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans and succession needs
Drive employer branding and EVP initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top candidates in competitive talent segments
Collaborate with internal HR teams and regional talent acquisition partners to align hiring strategies across functions
Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions and professional organizations to support early-career recruitment
Utilize data and insights to improve hiring outcomes, optimize processes, and reduce reliance on external agencies
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while managing interviews, assessments, and offer processes
Advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and best practices while ensuring compliance with local regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Extensive experience in recruitment and talent advisory, including strategic hiring initiatives
Proven success in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and early-career recruitment
Strong understanding of labor market trends and sourcing strategies
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across global teams
Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
Experience hiring technical talent, including advanced-degree candidates, is preferred
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
