-Manage and implement Compensation, benefits, and rewards programs aligned with global standards
-Ensure compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness for payroll and reward processes
-Lead and develop the HR operations team, ensuring accurate payroll and efficient processes
-Oversee local labor law compliance and Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
-support business decisions through HR analytics and Partner with global teams on key initiatives

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :
-10+ years HR Experience, mainly in Compensation & benefits
-Experience in global companies and working with HQ
-Strong knowledge of equity Compensation and Japan tax
-Experience with HR systems and local labor laws
