【概要／Job Summary】
高圧ガスプラント（ASU:空気分離装置、N2発生装置など）の建設プロジェクトにて、コンストラクション・マネージャーは、プロジェクトの安全性、品質、業務効率、財務実績、組織・規制基準の遵守を確保する責任を負います。建設プロジェクトのあらゆる側面を指揮・調整し、シームレスな実行を確保し、利害関係者の満足度を維持します。

【特徴】
・当チームは「据付け」および「試運転」のフェーズを担当するチームです。
・1人あたり1つのプロジェクトをご担当いただきます。
・現場は日本全国にわたり、期間は通常1年程度です。
・神戸オフィスへの出社は不要で、国内のどこに居住地があっても構いません。
・1つのプロジェクトが終了すれば、数カ月単位の長期休暇を取得される方もいます。

・何かしらのプラントでの施工管理経験

・管工事施工管理技士資格
・土木施工管理技士資格

・技術的専門知識
・以下を含むASU工法の総合的な知識：
‐ 荷降ろし、設置、組み立て（配管）、充填。
‐ 建設および試運転プロセス
・プロジェクト遂行プロセスおよび変更管理に精通していること。
・スケジュールおよび下請け業者の管理に精通していること。
・契約条件、オペレーション、メンテナンス（TCN）の基本的知識。
・GD-SR、P&ID、根本原因分析法の専門知識。
・建設関連のリスクを分析し、軽減する能力

・Relevant qualifications or licenses in construction or safety management.
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred.
【Soft Skills】
・Exceptional management, decision-making, and collaboration skills across multiple organizations on-site.
・- Ability to remain impartial, rigorous, and tenacious while fostering innovation and challenging processes.
【Technical Expertise】
Comprehensive knowledge of ASU construction methods, including:
・Unloading, installation, assembly (piping), and filling.
・Construction and commissioning processes.
・Familiarity with project execution processes and management of change. Proficiency in schedule and subcontractor management.
・Basic knowledge of contractual terms, operations, and maintenance (TCN).
【Technological Knowledge】
・Expertise in GD-SR, P&ID, and Root Cause Analysis methods.
・Ability to analyze and mitigate construction-related risks.tion-related risks.
