DECISION ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE (DAA) design and execute analyses to address business problems for our clients and project teams. DAAs leverage their analytic skills to find data-driven insights that help our clients solve their most important business problems, and engage with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them.

Responsibilities:
Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues.
Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide client and team decision-making.
Use tools like R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to investigate and inform client needs.
Synthesize and communicate results to clients and Teams.
Collaborate with client and Teams to implement solutions.
Take immediate responsibility for project deliverables.
Drive analysis and problem solving and advance The company’s sales and marketing capabilities.

Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop approach.
Lead project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings.
Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on the key client issues.
Design and execute qualitative or quantitative analyses to test hypotheses and improve client commercial effectiveness.
Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
Work with on/off-shore team to continuously improve business operation processes efficiency.
Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
Independently facilitate client meetings when needed.
Participate in business development.
Contribute to internal firm activities.
Coach and mentor junior team members.

SIPAs leverage their analytic, synthesis and communication skills to derive insights and solve business problems.
SIPAs apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives and employ standard analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.
SIPAs may work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems.
Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making.
Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and The company’s proprietary software.
Synthesize and communicate results to clients and Teams.
Collaborate with client and Teams to implement solutions.
Take immediate responsibility for project deliverables.

Minimum bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics or related fields.
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.

DECISION ANALYTICS CONSULTANT
Minimum bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Management
Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or Engineering.
Work experience in marketing, corporate strategy, business development, in the field of healthcare or other relevant fields.
Business level of Japanese and English.
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams.
Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
