Sustain current sales and drive new business opportunities to increase market share. 

Enhance absolute margin and cash contribution. 

Maintain and develop sustainable business at allocated customers through implementation of Regional strategies, appropriate route to market models, increasing market share, developing key customer relationships, optimising product mix and launching new products. 

Provide routine and trouble shooting technical, product and trial support for allocated customers, distributors and agents to maintain current business and develop new business opportunities. 

Clearly understand the market, industry, economy and competitor drivers and trends to enable informed business decisions to take place. Develop market share and SWOT analysis.

Educational Backgroud in Chemical related field Mandatory
Good sales experience with proven track record
Experience/Knowledge in Paper Chemical
Business level English ( Communication with overseas offices in English)
