- Customer commercial interface for some business.
- Make necessary coordination for current & new business and lead sales growth
- Research customer needs and make proactive proposal for new products/technology & improvements on current programs
- Understand future customer needs and requirements for new products/technologies.
- Manage prototype orders and delivery schedule
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
- Interface with alliance partner for collaboration activities

Key Competencies:
- Sales or Sales engineering experience
- The knowledge or experience of the automotive industry.
- Communication skill
- Negotiation ability
- Presentation ability
- Self-management and high motivation
- PC skill (Mail, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Driver license required

Educational and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
- More than 5years experience in automotive supplier
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Engineering background (Educational or work experience)
