Global Automotive Electronics Supplier
- Customer interface: communicate customer expectation and requirements to program team across different regions; facilitate responses, customer and program meetings; handling of complaints; etc
- Program team: manage cross function team (sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, finance, etc) across different regions; communicate and track functional deliverables; motivate and encourage team work
- Program timing: develop, update and manage program timing plan, considering customer deliverables and internal requirements;
- Program financials: ensure all cost elements are captured for program calculation and approval; pursue on time program approval; track program spending; constantly work on improvements to program financials (spend control, customer recoveries, CTO, CMI, CI and others) up to end of production
- Quality: ensure all program deliverables (e.g. design, tooling, buy parts, manufacturing) meet and exceed requirements within program objectives
- Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering
- Proven, successful track record in program management
- Behavior to place strong leadership in order to manage and motivate cross functional team
- Communication and negotiations skills, ability to lead discussion and hold presentations to/with customer, team and management
- Organizational skills, ability to handle multiple assigned tasks
- English in written and verbal to be good for business
- More than 8 years working experience, at least 3 years as program management, in automotive industry and with preferably electrical or electronics products
- Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes and documentations to be enough to lead activities QCDD for program. ( QCDD = Quality , Cost, Development and Delivery )
- Knowledgeable in program management processes and tools, able to use standard software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
