- Provide impact to business teams around talent, organizational development, strategy
development, coaching, and change processes
- Work closely with the global leadership team, divisional HR leads and HR Talent
managers to develop and deliver on talent initiatives within the function
- Work closely with global/regional/local ITM and other HR teams to deliver on talent
initiatives within the team
- Act as a Change Agent by diagnosing needs, identifying solutions, and working with
leaders and teams through change
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders by understanding business needs and external
practices to align and develop the organization and frame strategic choices
- Ensure that leaders are capable of leading and conducting good people processes
- Partner in aligning integrated business, people planning, and development processes

As per Japan Law

- University degree (focus on Business Administration, HR or related field preferred) or
equivalent demonstrated experience relative to the role expectations
- 10+ preferred years HR functional experience or equivalent demonstrated capability via
business experience
- Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and capability in leadership coaching, complex facilitation,
contracting, conflict resolution, change management, Organizational design and
development
- Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and processes
- Influencing skills, and ability to work across a matrix organization
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Experience in implementing effective processes around Integrated Talent Management,
Organization/Team/Leadership development
- Native Japanese and business-level English skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 20% of the time)
