・As JOEM's are headquartered in Japan, the Customer Manager/Director has to define the worldwide sales strategy and ensure deployment
・Define the sales strategy for Japanese OEM's and ensure deployment for the region.
・Ensure achievement of sales performance in line with agreed targets
・Build & adapt the organization according to business strategy and customer expectations.
・Manage the customer relationship, representing the Company's Product Group in the region.

・We are looking for a person with strong sales experience with OEM (Toyota Daihatsu Honda Suzuki preferred).
