This is a great beverage ingredients opportunity for a Tier 1 Food & Beverage ingredients company. You will be working in a global environment with an attractive progressive career path.

1. Develop business plan and sales strategy for own accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability
2. Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities
3. Assist in the development and implementation of industry plans as needed
4. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales for own accounts and activity reports
5. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
6. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
7. Report to the manager in a timely manner


1. Develop sales strategy and action plan for own accounts and industries
2. Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Innovation and Marketing to create pipeline opportunities and follow up projects/complaint cases
3. Set up and lead project meetings for own accounts
4. Attend sales meetings
5. Attend industrial meetings
6. Manage internal system for pipeline/forecast/pricing etc.
7. Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely

Salary: Up to ~9M JPY
Compulsory Benefits Included

1. Hopefully,several years of sales and related experience in the Food market especially for confectionery.
2. Diploma/Degree in any discipline
3. Degree in Food Science and Technology, Food and Nutrition, Health Care, Marketing or other relevant discipline or some relevant sales experience are preferable
4. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers
5. Effectively Bilingual (English and Japanese)
