Contribute to the achievement of HR’s mission, from the talent acquisition side, of producing next generations of leadership. In specific terms, build and operate one of the top-level talent acquisition teams in Japan, capable of hiring leader talent who can develop and educate a “High-Performance-Team”, at a consistent basis, by introducing expertise and structure that enables hiring within an overwhelmingly short period of time and at a low cost. This position comprehensively covers HQ mid-career and campus hiring.

Talent Acquisition Director will improve the environment to allow all group members to bring out their best performance, support their responsibilities, and bend all his/her energy to developing his/her team as a servant leader. Also, while staging talent acquisition activities using the most advanced approaches, coordinate with other HR groups

As per Japan Law

- Project management skills to introduce, execute, and promote HR practices and various measures.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in HR (esp. that of labor related laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Law, Law for Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Undertakings and Improved Working Conditions for Dispatched Workers, etc.)

- Presentation skills, facilitation skills, and negotiation skills

- 6 or more years on recruitment operations, and 3 or more years on direct sourcing

- Management experience (5 or more years and experience of leading a team of no less than 5 members)

- English: TOEIC score of 900 or more)

- Budgeting experience
- Big data analysis experience
- Marketing experience
- Recruitment branding experience
