As a technology expert, the pre-sales engineer contributes to the business development of the customer who is in charge of our company technology, understands the custome's work, clarifies the issues, and proposes solutions including our latest technology. Therefore, in order to not only understand the company vision and products and communicate them correctly to customers, but also to understand customer issues and link them to proposals, it is necessary to proceed in collaboration with business partners and internal departments. The pre-sales engineer department manager supervises these pre-sales engineers and is responsible for maximizing the value and growth of each SE and maximizing the business by coordinating with internal and external related parties.

Strategic Account SE will be in charge of the domestic telecommunications carrier supporting the coming 5G / IoT era as a customer, but as the manager who oversees the SE department, you will contribute to maximizing the business.

Responsibility:
Providing a comfortable working environment and maximizing performance through technical, business side review, approval, follow-up and coaching for SE's daily activities
Coach SE's career plan and develop SE's technical and business aspects
Perform duties as People Manager, such as workload management, assignments, recruiting activities, and personnel evaluations in the department.
Especially for customer management and senior management, as our technical department manager, understand the issues of customers and make comprehensive proposals of products and services including business perspectives.
Maximize the number of cases and scale of the customer in charge by cooperating with domestic and overseas related members and partners centered on the sales team (outside work)
Widely acquire technical knowledge on our solutions, infrastructure / cloud, and customer operations (carrier network)
As a technology and business professional, brush up my skills every day and scale them internally and externally.
Proactively and proactively implement actions to become trusted advisors to customers and companies

Customer management, negotiation experience with senior management
Coordinating stakeholders inside and outside the company, and taking actions to maximize results voluntarily
Proposal experience in carrier network area, industry trends such as NFV and 5G, business knowledge (welcome)
