Job Description
The Director, Solutions Consulting (Presales) and Services will lead the Presales and Service Delivery activities for APAC region. The position is a first level management role designed to coordinate the fast growing technical services in charge of creating teams that deliver the value for Company's portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage the Solutions Consulting team to provide technical pre-sales support to sales teams.
Direct and lead technical resources as appropriate in winning significant sales opportunities.
Serve as a coach and mentor to the group.
Manage Solutions Consulting cross training, hiring, retention, and skills development programs.
Chosen candidate will be responsible for frequently presenting major sales and engineering proposals to C-level executives/Board of Directors at Fortune 500/1000 corporations

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National holiday, Golden week, New year holiday.

Qualifications
Must have directly managed a Services and/or Presales team (ideally both) for a minimum of 5 years
10 years of presales and/or service delivery related IT or financial industry experience at regional/global level.
Excellent organizational and management skills, as well as, natural leadership instincts and empowerment skills a must.
Must have documented oral presentation skills in front of large and high-profile audiences.
Demonstrated effective relationship management skills
Must have excellent written presentation/proposal skills as well.
Must be results focused and well versed in a broad set of networking and information technology subjects with a primary focus on Infrastructure and Service Assurance.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects across multiple organizations
Must possess a proven track record of building and managing large teams over multiple locations.
Experience in both start-up and larger technology companies
Ability to work very independently and maintain composure and focus under extremely stressful customer impacting situations
Demonstrated ability to support large business accounts and deliver large opportunities.
