Due to the nature of the platform and software dedicated to innovation, not only sales skills but also consulting skills are required. Existing and new customers, and sometimes collaborative work with partners and various executions are involved, so we are looking for a person with a wide range of experience and a flexible mindset and stance.

The main work content is to develop the customer with the aim of value promotion and direct/indirect sales utilizing the platform that understands the customer's existing system, data, business process, issues, etc. It will be a collaboration and negotiation with the person in charge of internal installation.

This position requires rapid learning ability, excellent communication ability, proactive thinking and activities, and it is desirable that someone with experience and experience in business process and data analysis is required. Language and business-level English proficiency are also required. It may also involve coordination and negotiations with the US headquarters and suggestions and negotiations with customers in English.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Application Requirements:
- University graduate or higher.
- Good communication/negotiation skills, customer management, project promotion and management, consulting skills, or experience.
- Native level Japanese and fluency in English to carry out business operations.
- Over 10 years’ experience in solutions and consulting business.
- Over 5 years of direct sales experience and successful track record.
- Knowledge and experience of cloud systems, software and the Internet are desirable.
- Experience with partner business and business development is desirable.
- Strong interest and experience in the field of innovation, and sufficient experience and ability to carry out the above duties.
- Experience in solution business and cloud business in IT industry, business, technology and process consulting in consulting industry is desirable. In addition, it is desirable to have direct business experience with customers, experience in leading projects and teams to success.
- Have experience using presentations, spreadsheet software, sales tools and other management tools.
