Responsibility :

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the customer service team
- setting KPIs and monitoring performance
- Driving key initiatives, critical thinking, quality and productivity within the organization

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Minimum Requirement for this role is:
- experience in customer service or logistics
- Bachelors degree
