Responsibility :

You will be responsible for:
Become a strategic advisor and partner to customers within the Japan region
Lead and own all post-sales activities in order to create recognizable business value for customers
Onboard customers with a focus on accelerating their time to value; help achieve their business outcomes
Hold regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers
Collaborate with numerous stakeholders and teams, both internally and externally
Build deep, positive relationships with customer leads as well as their teams
Advocate for customer's needs and provide feedback to internal teams

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

Minimum Requirement for this role is:
Minimum of 8+ years in a customer facing role, B2B
Experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Consulting and/or Project Management required
An excellent understanding of Cloud/ SaaS technology and digital transformation
The ability to present and communicate to senior leaders in both English and Japanese
