Responsibilities :

Responsible for management of all Afton customer orders from receipt of order through the customer invoicing process. Identify the timeliest and most cost-effective method for order fulfillment. Maintain direct customer contact and
relationship with sales group. Customer Relationship Coordinator may handle additional regional customers, assignments or tasks and may work with limited management oversight.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

・Over 5 years of experience of customer relationship
・Experience to process orders by SAP or other main biz processing system
・Experience of import / export process
・Knowledge of inventory management
・Effective Communication Skill
・Business English (approximately over TOEIC 700)
・Excel / Power point / Word skill ? Intermediate
・Chemical Industry experience is nice to have
