On-Premise: Actively lead and create the On-trade strategy and ensure implementation of responsible brands, reporting to Trade Marketing Manager.
Reserve Brands: Actively lead and create Reserve brands portfolio Commercial and Trade Strategies ensuring implementation reporting to Trade Marketing Manager.
As daily routine, to track, analyze and review progress of sales activities and performance, on-trade sales performance, in order to deliver stretch brand targets and KPI’s.
This position will interact closely with partner sales team, brand marketing teams and distributor (on-trade manager).
Compulsory Benefits
A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade(customer) marketing in the Sales and Marketing function
Basic knowledge on On & Off-trade channel (Distributors (Kirin Brewery, Nisshuhan), Wholesalers, Bar Suppliers, Bars & Restaurants and Retail Customers including Supermarkets, Discounters, CVS etc) and syndicated data (Intage SRI etc.) to analyse market
Experienced in budget planning and management
PC Skills (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Japanese: native, English: Reading skills and oral daily communication skills
