About the Company :

A global mobile insurance organization

Responsibilities :

- Coordinating IT development requests from the business side and leading coordination and prioritization IT projects between the business side and Information Technology team.
- Conduct Sign-Off for Business Requirement Documents (created by the Information Technology team).
- Lead schedule planning, scenario design, preparation, execution and progress management of Business UAT for all development systems.
- Lead progress reports during regular meetings.
Manage and supervise subcontractors who are test designers and developers.
- Check the operation in the production environment at the time of system introduction, and coordinate the start of operation with related departments.
- After release work, Business Validation and active support in the event of a failure.
- Create and implement a monitoring plan after introducing the system, and verify the effects of the introduction.

Permanent and full time role
Working hours: 9:00?17:30 + (1 hour break)
Salary 8M base + bonus

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

- Project management experience (internal and external), system development and implementation experience by launching new services.
- Business talks and negotiation experience with clients
- Experience creating various documents using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
- Experience in planning/developing/operating web services and applications for consumers
- Knowledge related to UI/UX
- Native Japanese speakers and being able to read/write in English
