Responsibilities :

・Develop and leverage strong business relationships with Japan key accounts for long term growth.
・Deliver volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts aligned with annual business plan
・Identify, map out and build network with direct customers and indirect customers to support global spec-in at Japanese tier 1s and OEMs.
・Leverage Japan local route to market to monitor, identify attractive opportunities. Further develop end user contact to grow sales beyond current customer base.
・Lead small to large strategic negotiations that maximize value for INVISTA and creates mutual benefit to our customers.
・Day to day management of customer relationships in accordance with the terms & conditions and seek to develop mutually beneficial opportunities.
・Complete ownership of all your customer contracts, ensuring full contract value delivery.
・Aware of all aspects of your customer relationship and defines connections to increase customer intimacy.
・Develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships to help enable growth target.
・Work with integrated team to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain service.
・Support technical service team on offer configuration and quality improvement.
・Support strategic business development team by gathering market intelligence, supply demand changes, routes to market, competition market pricing and movement in overall market dynamics.
・Pass through potential project(s) and introduce the business leads to other INVISTA businesses and, if applicable, other businesses/companies under Koch Industries.

Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

◆Requirements:
・Minimum 10-15 years’ experience in relationship management experience in a B2B business. Familiarity with nylon66 value chain, passive safety industry, industrial fiber used in auto are preferred.
・Strong negotiation skills
・Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Finance and business acumen.
・Good culture fit of our culture(PBM): abilities to think out of the box and the courage to challenge the status quo.
